Quotations

Quotations are valid for 15 days from the date of issue and are based on the site conditions and scope discussed at the time of survey. Additional work is billed separately after your approval.

Installation & timelines

Committed timelines assume clear site access, uninterrupted power supply and timely approvals. Delays caused by site conditions or material availability may shift the schedule.

Warranty

Products carry the manufacturer's warranty. Our installation workmanship is warranted separately as stated on your invoice. Damage from misuse, tampering by third parties, power surges or natural causes is not covered.

Maintenance (AMC)

Annual maintenance contracts cover the visits and coverage listed in the signed AMC document. Replacement parts outside the contract are chargeable at standard rates.

Payments

An advance is payable at order confirmation, with the balance due on completion and handover unless agreed otherwise in writing.
